Refund
We accept to refund for all the orders for any reasons that you are unhappy within 30 days ( it counts from the date of the payment ). If your orders are out of 30 days policy, we won’t accept the refund and won’t take any responsibilities.
Exchange
- We are happy to exchange items if you want to change the design or change your mind. In this case, we will need the proof of returning items.
- All postage costs will be charged to the customers unless the product faults or wrong items
